The One Where It's Been A Month
I think the past month's been actually blissful. Compared to January and February anyway. Almost every morning starts with caffeine, muffin and an episode of something brain-shriveling (i.e. The Simpsons) then off to school where i spend 5+ hours either yelling my head off - till i begin to practically attract glares - or dissecting my file/bag for paperwork after paperwork. Then home to shrink more of what's left in my head and maybe squeeze in time for a few glances at the pile of reference books lying on my desk. Then back to more brain-shrinking woot.
About week ago, i had a very short conversation with someone i deem to be one of the wisest people i know who isn't on the brink of diving into their golden years. It's funny that i see him about 4 times a week for the past year and he has probably the most wrong impression of me. Then it got irritating when i realised that not only he had that impression.
Sigh.
- maybe it's the amount of time i spend on it, maybe it's how happy i get when things go right or maybe how upset i get when things go wrong - but for the love of God, i have no problem leaving work behind.
It's just the people i work with.
